SPI produced over 48,000 sq. ft. of StoneLite® Indiana Gray limestone panels to grace the exterior facade on this new construction 21 story high end luxury residence building.

The project was designed by Perkins Eastman for Toll Brothers City Living.

The design combines irregularly patterned windows with classic natural lightweight stone panels to create a  unique modern structure.

The southern portion of the tower features an impressive 25 ft. cantilever framing neighboring buildings.
