Prepanelized

One of the fastest, most economical methods to install StoneLite™ panels is through prepanelization.

In a prepanelized system, the panels are factory attached to steel stud frames in sections as large as 10' x 30'. The prepanelized frames are then loaded into racks and onto trucks.

The racks of prepanelized frames are then off-loaded at the jobsite with a crane.
|
|
The prepanelized frames are then hoisted into position with a crane, and welded off to the structure.
Prepanelizing eliminates the need for both field framing and hand setting of the panels, thus offering extreme construction speed. Entire elevations can be set in a matter of a few days.
