About the project
Over 48,000 sq. ft. of StoneLite® natural stone façade panels grace the exterior façade on this new construction, 21 story, high end luxury residence building.
Perkins Eastman designed the project for Toll Brothers City Living. The design combines irregularly patterned windows with classic natural lightweight stone panels to create a unique modern structure.
The southern portion of the tower features an impressive 25 ft. cantilever framing neighboring buildings. StoneLite® panels are also installed in the cantilevered soffit areas.
