About the project
The first and second floor lobbies along with the elevator banks on floors 3-12 of Gateway Tower features over 6,500 SF of StoneLite® material. SPI produced Absolute Black granite and Lagos Azul limestone honed finished panels with factory bonded returns.
The StoneLite® panels are installed with our narrow interlocking channel system. Panels arrived at the jobsite with factory installed back plates and attachment clips reducing installation costs.
Per the class A building’s leasing site it is the “first privately funded LEED® Gold certified project in the Sacramento area”.
