About the project
Chetrit Developers selected our StoneLite® panels for their 14 story facade and retail entrance at 500 Metropolitan Ave.
The project is designed with a 3/8″ open joint application. The first floor panels have quirk mitered edges to conceal the honeycomb backer. Gusset framing materials were required for the angled column covers on the North and South elevations. The majority of panels have one or two sided factory bonded returns. Typical panels have a 2 degree slope.
The exterior field panels feature Anhara Black granite with a flamed finish while the base coursing is clad in Anhara Black polished panels. More than 48,000 SF of StoneLite® material is installed.
