About the project
Lynn Layton participated in the Cadillac Brand Image program including an exterior renovation. StoneLite® exterior limestone panels are the specified cladding material.
The project features almost 3,100 SF of StoneLite® including 90 and non 90 degree finished returns, finished corners, and false joints. Factory bonded finished return edges were used at the outside corners, soffits, jambs, and at the reveal band. Panels requiring finished returns are fabricated at our facility and shipped to the jobsite ready for installation.
The architectural design module was 24″x16″ typically in a running bond pattern. In an effort to reduce the number of panels to install, SPI engineered the panels to be 48″x16″ with a vertical false joint. The project scope called for 3/8″ sealed joints and a running bond installation using our wide interlocking channel attachment system.
StoneLite® has been installed on over 160 Cadillac dealerships nationwide.
