About the project
One Audubon is a six story new construction project clad in over 15,000 sq. ft. of StoneLite® New Imperial Red Granite exterior panels.
This was a pre-panelized project requiring the SPI manufacturing facility to panelize frames that were rigged for lifting on to the building. The granite clad trusses were loaded onto trailers in a predetermined sequence. The granite trusses weighed in a 7 lbs per square foot.
